The problem we solve
Quarries handle many materials and grades, and manual checks cannot keep up. The wrong material gets loaded, loads are mislabelled or contaminated, drivers share credentials, and disputes with customers and authorities are settled by memory instead of evidence.
- Gate staff cannot reliably tell one material or grade from another by eye, at every load.
- Drivers swap or share tokens and credentials, so the person on site is not the person booked.
- Vehicles with the wrong or swapped plate pass the gate unnoticed.
- Contaminated or mixed loads leave site and become customer complaints.
- There is no photo record to settle disputes about what was loaded and who took it.
How it works
- Step 1 — Book and approve. Contractors register drivers and vehicles, then book slots and receive e-tokens for approved material.
- Step 2 — Arrive and identify. AI reads the number plate and verifies the driver’s face, confirming that the registered vehicle and driver have arrived.
- Step 3 — Load and detect. As the truck is loaded, AI identifies the material from camera images and checks for contamination and cover.
- Step 4 — Match and release. The platform matches number plate, driver, token and detected material. Matches are released, and mismatches go to an exception queue.
- Step 5 — Record and report. Every load is stored with images and audit logs, feeding live dashboards and reports.
Security, compliance and trust
- Face and number plate images are collected for verification only, with consent where required, defined retention and access limits, in line with data protection requirements.
- Role-based access with separate permissions for admin, operator, security, driver and management.
- Tamper-evident audit trail: every detection, verification, override and approval is logged with images.
- Data encrypted in transit and at rest; secure site-to-cloud communication.
- AI flags and recommends; authorised people decide, and every override is recorded.
